ORDERS

All orders will be confirmed with you via email notification. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note, an order placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments where necessary. If and when this occurs you will receive an email to notify you of these details. 

Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of purchase for order processing, however we do strive to process orders within 24 hours of order receipt.  

Please note, due to Covid related delays, please allow for shipping times to vary by destination.

Given the handmade nature of our products, items that become sold out may not become available again for 6-8 weeks.

Cirkl reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. For any questions regarding orders, you can get in touch with us via our contact form. We will always do our best to get back to you as swiftly as possible.



SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders in Australia over A$250.

Shipping costs apply for purchases outside of Australia or under $250 AUD. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. 

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Cirkl is not responsible for any delays due to shipping times by carriers, or  for each country’s customs agencies processes.

All transit times begin after the product is processed and shipped.
Estimated transit time for international shipment assumes normal customs approval without delay. Please also note that all shipping methods are not available for all destinations. All shipping policies are subject to change at any time for any reason at Cirkl's discretion.


RETURNS

Earrings Policy
Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns or exchanges on earrings.

 

Rings Policy
Rings may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once the product has been received and the status has been checked, you will receive an email to confirm your refund is being processed. If you do not receive email confirmation or you need any more information please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via our contact form.

Cirkl reserves the right to refuse refunds on damaged or mishandled goods.

Please note that the products must be in exactly the same condition (new) as you received it. You must return items in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping charges and any custom charges incurred when returning / shipping items.  

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, as stated above. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
