Can I return my earrings?
Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations we are not able to offer returns and refunds on earrings.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, although different shipping fees may apply. Please check our shipping policy for more details.
How can I change or cancel my order before I've received it?
You will need to contact us promptly within 24 hours of placing your order via our contact form so that we can change or cancel your order before sending it. We will then contact you to confirm the cancellation.
If you need to change the shipping address, you can do so only if your order has not yet been shipped.
